In managing apartments, Rain Maker Real Estate either performs or supervises the following routine duties:
  • Showing apartments to prospective tenants.
  • Running credit checks on applicants and then approving or disapproving applicants. This particular service is not routinely performed by many other property owners. It has been our experience that these credit checks have saved our clients lots of money and heartache when dealing with possible undesirable tenants before they get a chance to move in.
  • Complying with complex Sikeston ordinances concerning new tenants.
  • Providing new tenants with proper leases while making sure all residents are under lease.
